They all look pretty slow for a 28800 link.  I just tried the same test via
the Bristol vPOP number connecting via finch-132.access.demon.net and I get

	regularfile	7.34kB/s
	emptyfile	6.84kB/s
	fullfile	2.59kB/s

which are still less than possible. (This was at 18.15 friday so I guess I
wasn't the only person logged in at the time !).
