Line drops

As well as this account I also have an account with AOL.  With both
accounts I suffer line drops (but far more frequently with Demon).  When
I have a line drop with AOL the message "packet reflection detected"
comes up.  Can anyone help me with what this error is.  Could it be the
same problem with the demon account?
