Using a USR 33.6 Vi, (sold as a 28.8 but it wasn't), the following pair
of init strings work well for me:
0845 28.8 Acends: SEND 'AT&F1&D3&K3&N16&U4S54=160\r'
0845 33.6 Beta Line: SEND 'AT&F1&D3&K3S54=64\r'
that is using tp under win95.
