Well it's not a case of allowing us to do it, just like most other ISP
use BT lines. The recommendations are basically because we were
involved in quite a lot of talks with Birmingham Cable, and they were
in no interest at the time to setup their own ISP service but would
rather recommend someone else. We let them trial our service and they
were basically very happy with it and happy to recommend us.
