Receiving fax in Windows 2000

I have asked this question twice in the proper group, and I'm desperate
to know: How do you set Windows 2000 Pro's fax service to receive?
There should be a little dialog box with an "Answer Now" button - which
appears when you send a fax.

Yes, I have started the service.
