It is amazing to me that people would actually try to use benchmarks
to compare any kind of technology!   It is _also_ difficult for me to
believe that anyone gives credence at all to them!  Go John!!!!!

BTW John, if we don't benchmark then how _can_ we tell if our SCSI
drives are faster than those absurd IDE drives?  I assume just by the
SCSI designation?  Because they are used in highly accessed servers?
