Hmmm ... QW version 2.3 has just come out and if you have just
downloaded QW I would think that`s the one you`ve got.

Unfortunately ( AFAIK not played for a couple of days ) Demon has not
yet upgraded it`s servers to 2.3 but are still running 2.21 , hence the
error.

No doubt Demon wil update soon ( may already have done ? ) and things
will be fine.

In the meantime go on one of the other servers gamespy gives you -if you
select a server you will see info about it in the bottom right habd
window which shows you stuff about the server including the version
running.

Just pick one running 2.3 and you`re off.
