I had this happen to me some time ago and the solution was that a seperate program that I had set up on my program loaded an old version of the bwcc.dll file in my Windows/System file. This caused the message about bwcceng.dll missing. All I did was used search to find the newest bwcc.dll on my system and then overwrote the one in the system directory with it. Problem was then solved. Worked for me. -- Jim Hawthorn
