Does replacing motherboard require re-installation of Windows 95?

I am having my SiS Elite motherboard replaced with an Intel Zappa
motherboard. I saw that Windows 95 uses a lot of motherboard-specific
drivers. If I replace the motherboard, will everything stop working?
Will I have to completely re-install, or will I be able to set up the
new drivers somehow?

Any help greatly appreciated.
