I have come across a problem I ca'nt solve.
A Friend of mine bought a Pentium + a quad speed drive and an Aztech
telephony/fax/sound card.

Windows 3.11 & Dos 6.2 installed Ok, windows would start and close
down OK, *but* when we installed the sound/telephony s/ware windows
refused to close!

Clicking on close windows and answering yes to that little box which
appears caused windows to have a fit. It just locked up!

Ctrl/Alt/Del gives the message that 'Progman.exe is not responding to
windows, press Enter to close- Ctrl/Alt/Del to close & lose any
unsaved programs.@

This restarts the computer.

Replacement of win & system.ini with older files, pre-sound install,
allow the computer to work.

Has anybody any experience of the Aztech telephony card or any
advice/help that they could offer.

I'm at a loss & I maintain & use these bxxxxy things all day as a
living!

HELP!!
