Gateway's warranty is not as attractive as it appears. There are weasel words
about "on-site repair at GW discretion". A colleague was stuck with a duff
monitor that had to be returned to GW in Dublin at his expense instead of being
fixed by the friendly field service engineer as had been his expectation.
