I'm very grateful for the technical hints and explanations I have received
in the past on this matter (especially from JB). So I'm hoping that someone
will be able to explain what acounts for the following:

System: Pentium 120 CPU
        16MB EDO RAM
        Stealth 64 2MB VRAM PCI
Miro DC1TV Video Capture/editing ISA Card
        Conner 1.2GB EIDE drive
        Premiere 4

The problem is that when capturing from VHS or live TV, I'm not getting a
realime 'speed' display in the 'full window' (about 1/3 screen). It jerks.
If I try and select 1/2 or 1/4 size screen, I get negative colours!

I thought a faster CPU/raphics card would make a difference to the 486-DX
basd system, but it doesn't seem to..
