When this happens, tell the manager immediately. I don't care if the waitstaff is having a bad day...That is what they are paid to do. Bottom line. Get another job if you can't handle it. I guarantee the management will be more apt to fixing an attitude problem than a mixed up order. You may get a free dessert or something as well...
