I couldn't help but make a couple observations about your experience. You didn't really order a Tex-Mex dish per se, you ordered a piece of meat. Secondly, that meat is basically the same as the meat used in the Fajitas which was reviewed to be "tough". You set yourself up. After reading this, gtrgrrrl's, and David E. Bath's previous posts I can only conclude that the reading comprehension level is severely low on this NG. Please, please don't take this the wrong way, it is an observation I'm making on empirically derived facts. That's all it is. Had that meat been touted, then you would have a point to make. I myself, who have been there several times, and have been pleased every time, openly stated that I would not be ordering that item based on the negative review and then recommended the marinaded chicken. Think to try that before saying you will not return? I haven't had BBQ in a while, could you suggest your favorite joint?
