I ate at Spago twice while staying at Caesar's Palace, LV.

It was bland. Maybe what we got were the worst pickin's.

The visual presentation was impressive though, I guess he
hopes some people might taste with their eyes. Garnishing
only goes so far IMO. Perhaps I just expected too much?

Applebee's blows nuts (though I haven't made a return
visit since high school...10yrs ago) But both Chili's and
Outback have certain items that are tasty...Applebee's
probably does too if I gave them a chance. There are
very few places I know of that have absolutely nothing
on the menu that I would eat. Only fast foods come to
mind. I guess I'm only a half-assed food snob, oh well.
