Another rant of the nite.

I turn my gas off as soon as the weather warms up. So I call them and
tell them to turn me off.. They do promptly and send me a final bill.
They fuckers had  the audacity to chage me a 9.00$ customer fee for 2
weeks of service.. I call in to have it removed and the stupid
automated atendant(which must run on a TRS-80) can't route me to the
right place.. So after hitting 0 for the 99999999999th time, I finally
get to talk to the customer support witch.Long story short, they can
double bill you almost on this bullshit fee, but they can UNCHARGE you
for it. ARRRRGHH! And the assholes have a monopoly where I live...

Next winter I might just switch to propane.
