Well, even "non-alcoholic" beers actually have alcohol in them, to a 
maximum of .5% by volume.

   O'Doul's, as a malt beverage with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, 
   is not legally considered "beer"; however, it is brewed like a beer 
   from which almost all of the alcohol is removed.
