The kid is local to DFW. Mom and dad live close by. Generally, the cops call
mom and dad when drunken underage junior gets busted. Mom and dad bail
junior out and mom and dad lay into junior's ass when they get home. But
junior made a call to his Bush babe, after loudly proclaiming his clout to
every cop in ear shot..

 Looking at the facts, it appears that you are arguing that the job of the
SS is to protect any obnoxious drunken frat boy who happens to be screwing a
member of the first family. Is that really what you mean? If not, where
would you draw the line?
