Dear TXU:

Thanks for looking out for your customers! I was so happy to read in
The Dallas Morning News on August 2 that your net profit rose 33% in
the last quarter. Especially happy since my last month's electricity
bill was 43% higher than the same month last year, despite the fact
that I only had a 15% increase in KWH usage!

I was even more excited to read that you'll be building eleven more
wonderful coal burning plants in Texas in order to save even more
money while continuing to charge us at least the same. More coal
burning plants is just what the world needs right now.

Go for the bottom line! You're a real winner.

Love,
A Satisfied TXU Customer
