Rather curious, since the basic flavouring element in authentic tamales
happens to be animal fat (hog lard *only*)!  Needless to say, they are
neither fat free, nor vegan freindly, when properly executed.

More topically, this is what happens when you have a group of egalitarians
who consider *SPICS* to be a "friend of the family".  The Philips clan
found out too late that their pal, Pedro, had no problem at all murdering
an elderly White woman, just for kicks.

Body of Stone Phillips' aunt found

DALLAS, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- The body of Doris Phillips, an aunt of "Dateline
NBC" anchor Stone Phillips, has been found in an abandoned farmhouse south
of Dallas, police said Saturday.

An unidentified suspect in police custody led sheriff's deputies to the
body in Bardwell, about 40 miles south of Dallas, KXAS-TV reports.
