Exactly,  and because the pilgrims didn't have green cards, 
we now know that letting people settle in your country
at will results in them killing you, burning your village, 
destroying your way of life, and making you few remaining
descendants live on reservations under the benevolent 
care of the BIA. 

NOT exactly an argument for repeating the exercise as
the invadee.
