Extraordinary position with Global leader in Telecom /
Datacom transmission equipment!

Primary Purpose: System level design of Central Office and
RT equipment with emphasis on Equipment Cabling and Power
Systems for use in a NEBS environment.
Major Functions: Design, document and testing of equipment
at the system level. Responsibilities include creation of
design specifications, project scheduling and equipment
design. Equipment design performed utilizing PRO/Engineer
software for creating wiring diagrams, routing and creating
manufacturing drawings. Equipment must be designed to meet
applicable Bellcore requirements including environmental and
EMC considerations, as well as UL requirements.
Responsibilities also include creation of test plans and
specifications and testing of equipment designs to insure
compliance to design specification requirements.
Five to seven years related experience in the
'telecommunications' industry. Familiarity with applicable
Bellcore specifications. Familiar with PRO/E design software
and Flotherm thermal analysis software tools.  Salary to
$80K with blue-chip benefits and relocation along with
annual bonus of 10 to 14%. (U1)
