Perhaps black girls have more unprotected sex, and that is why the abortion 
rate is higher? The fact that they also have a much higher rate (more than 
100% higher, actually) of STD:s indicate that they have more (unprotected) 
sex, which of course statistically would lead to a higher pregnancy (or 
"oops!") rate.
