Try Stuart Glass the attorney of the Famous  "Cyber Stalker"  AKA The
Mighty Mackdaddy.

It has been a practice of IA for sometime to over bill customers to
generate revenue quickly. If you catch them it takes a few months to
get reimbursed(time to use your money for their benifit) and if you
dont its free money.
