                3rd Annual September Sale!

Once again - DIGEX is offering Sale Prices on all accounts 
throughout the month of September.  Current customers get 
a reduced rate on yearly accounts paid in advance!  New Yearly
customers get the same low rates and as an added bonus, we waive the 
start-up fee, normally $20.00.  We will also be offering sale 
pricing on our 56K Frame Relay and T1 128K Frame Relay.

Yearly SLIP or PPP accounts are just $250.00 - $100.00 less than our
normal yearly cost, but your order must arrive in our office by 5:00
P.M. September 30, 1995, or be postmarked by that date.  This is the
perfect opportunity to upgrade to SLIP or PPP for the cost of a normal
yearly Shell Account!

Yearly Full Shell accounts are $200.00 - a $50 savings over our normal
yearly rates.  Basic Shell accounts are $100.00 - $50.00 off the
normal yearly cost.  Again - your order must reach us by 5:00 P.M. on
September 30 or be postmarked by that date.

Requests can be e-mailed to office@digex.net, mailed to our office,
or faxed in to 301 847 5215.  If you need an order form you can 
get one by sending mail to info@digex.net or by logging in as "new" -
no password is required.  Simply download the application, print
it, complete it and get it to us by fax or mail by the deadline.

If you would like a printed information pack mailed to you, send mail
to info@digex.net, with your mailing address as the text of the message,
or again use the "new" login.  Allow at least a week lead before the
end of the month, as your package will have to be mailed to you, and 
get back to us by the deadline.

These rates apply to existing accounts set to yearly or renewed as yearly
for the period of September 1995 - August 1996, with one exception.  If 
you order on or after 12 September 1995, your yearly will go into 
effect for the period of October 1995 - September 1996.  Sorry - we 
cannot prorate existing yearly accounts.

In conjunction with the Third Annual September Sale, we have the 
following announcements to make:

			56K FRAME RELAY PRICING


        Install:         $300       (DIGEX *and* telco installation)
        Monthly:         $375/month ($200 DIGEX, $175 Bell Atlantic)

While many smaller providers in the Washington/Baltimore corridor have
have lower port charges, none (N-O-N-E) can match DIGEX's infrastructure,
which includes T3 speed to the MAE, a T3 backbone from Washington DC to 
New York City, and a 24 x 7 Network Operations Center.

10 FOR 12 

If you pre-pay for 10 months of DIGEX leased line or frame relay service up
front, you get 12 months of service (i.e. you get two months free).
We can't waive the Telco charges for those months, but you'll still end 
up 
saving anywhere from $400 (56K FR) to $2400 (Classic T1).
