As a short follow-up I did receive a nice email from Deanna Marshall, the manager of the Dial-up team. While I consider the issue closed for me I really doubt that the resolution is what Digex had intended. I choose to return to monthy paper billing as a reminder to look at other ISPs instead of updating my credit card information. While slightly more expensive for me ($0.32 more/month :) it is unlikely to continue for very long. Nigel Tzeng
