Hi Guys, Good morning - B E R L I N. I'm posting this for a friend, Dr. John Harwood of the National Amazonian Research Institute in Manaus, Brasil. He would like to make contact with members of a research group at the TU-Berlin who published in 1979 a paper or a book on Wind and Water Power. The name of the group was "The Interdisciplinary Project Group on Appropriate Technology". They were working in co-operation with the GTZ. GTZ Project number 76.2086.703.100. And information leading to contact with people still or then involved with this group would be most appreciated. John will be in Germany in mid-January and would like to talk face-to-face with these guys. Replies by mail please as news will be expired over Christmas before I get a chance to read it.
