------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Date: Mon, 07 Oct 91 19:57 From: Norbert Hahn <Y032@DDATHD21.BITNET> Subject: Network Video Server Hi networkers, I'm looking for hardware and software to generate videotapes in different standards (Umatic, Betacam, S-VHS in both NTSC and PAL). The software should be able to both receive some kind of a metafile and emulate a graphics terminal to a host computer such as a Fujitsu VP or Convex connected via TCP/IP. The hardware and software should allow local editing, previewing, windowing and single frame processing. So far, I've heard the name Network Video Server NVS2000. I can't read the datasheet because it's in Japanese. Thanks for any response. Norbert Hahn, University at Darmstadt, Germany Sorry I you get this mail several times ... -- Ruediger Kolb Phone: +49-2241-14-2644 GMD e-mail: Postfach 1240 kolb@gmdzi D-5205 Sankt Augustin kolb@f3.gmd.dbp.de
