Subject: OO-mailing list

As we decided at the Second Eurographics Workshop on Object-Oriented
Graphics held last week on Texel I have set up a mailing list. This
mailing list is for discussing any work related to object-oriented
graphics. It is not limited to things to do with the workshop -- on the
contrary: if you know of others who may be interested please recruit
them for this list (see below). Of course you _can_ expect to hear
about relevant Eurographics activities here as well.

A mailing list is simply a server which distributes messages fairly
efficiently to all subscribers. All you have to do is send a message to
<oo-graphics@cwi.nl> and it will be sent to everyone. The cwi is very well
connected to European and US networks so I expect delays to be minimal
for most people.

Of course the success of this mailing list depends on the participants.
We'll run it for 6 months and then decide if it is worthwhile.

To start the list off we took all the names with email addresses on our
(postal) mailing list. New names, corrections and deletions for the
list should be sent to <oo-graphics-request@cwi.nl>.
