From: mce@sdcc10.UCSD.EDU (Mark Edwards) Date: Sat, 8 Jun 91 0:52:37 PDT Subject: popnet I have uploaded the popnet.exe code to the incoming directory on thumper.bellcore.com for those who don't have resources to recompile the latest src0605.zip. The executable differs from Phil's standard issue only in that the POP option is enabled, and the ARCNET option is enabled. This executable was generated from pristine 0605 source with BC++. It has been running since 0606 with no smashed pointers, and all typical features enabled (ftp, smtp, netrom, pop). It is also exercising the nameservice features by interacting with the SCO Xenix TCP/IP named over a SLIP link to xenix.wa6smn. Enjoy, and thanks to Phil for adopting the POP code! -- Mark C.
