Dazu ein Korrekturhinweis: ich habe gestern Abend die Namen der Dateien
mit den Protokollen etwas geaendert; sie haben jetzt die Form

Das neu angekuendigte Protokoll ist also jetzt zu finden unter

	IP/win-ip-pg/protokolle/911202-Koeln
