I havn't tried this item so can't say that it works.

I did see in the Black Box catalog a device call Linc Up II.
It looks like it connects to the handset connection and allows you to send 
analog traffic that way over the digital PBX. I would hope that it handles the 
proper levels and impedance etc. It seems a bit pricey at $149.00 and would 
take more than a few months to break even. There may be cheaper sources than 
B.B. also.
