The Duke Club of the Triangle invites all Duke Alums, parents, and
friends to join us for an evening of fun at Ricci's (in Lakewood
Shopping Center where Sat's used to be) on
Sat, April 22, 1995. From 8pm-12 am.
Food and beverages will be available at Ricci's usual reasonable prices.
Proprietor Anthony Ricci's pizza was voted 2nd best in the Triangle.
Try his Chicago style stuffed pizza! Live music will be provided by
The Claptones, alocal band featuring Al Dawson, T'74, on lead guitar
and Jan Cunningham, E'74, on bass guitar. The band plays rhythm and
blues in the tradition of Muddy Waters and Eric Clapton. If you
can swing, shag, free dance, or tap your feet, come on out!
Cost = $5/person in advance, $6 at the door. To save a dollar, please
contact Kay Izard at 493-5234 for reservations.
