I would like to know if someone  would like to develop with me . A CDrom 
with a wealth of Culinary information .in a windows format the items out 
are not very good and the sales to culinary students and 
chefs alike would take care of any start up costs , what say Sauces, 
like a virtual technique shown any time you need it then move into 
Meats, wines, Vegetables and so on . then with that move to the 
suppliers how to buy , paperwork , so on and so forth call it the 
virtual restaurant.let me know. Each on an individual cdrom put out as a 
set or individually .People spend millions everyday on dictionary 
programs encylopedias why not culinary information, how to open a 
restaurant. how to do accounting for a restaurant.I will accumulate the 
knowledge I need someone to write the program .
