Can anyone recommend the best brand for a relatively lower end desktop? (Tech support is a major consideration.) Also, what is your opinion about laptops -- and which brand? Apeciatively, Lynne It's not by accident we're all here on the planet together. If we don't help each other -- noone will.

Go to TigerDirect.com and order their catalogue. They have a whole range of desktops they put together as well as some mainline brands. I have gotten two from them and my tech support experience has been a positive one. I have a friend who got one they put together and she had some problems but they(tiger direct) resolved everything. -- Free audio & video emails, greeting cards and forums Talkway - http://www.talkway.com - Talk more ways (sm)
