Mr. Pavliv-
It may amaze you to be told this - but YOU ARE CLUELESS. You
have well overstepped the bounds of having an opinion into the realm
of being obnoxious without even knowing why. The fact that someone is
willing to ask for help for someone who may well contribute a great deal
to society as a whole but does not have the resources to do so is a
loving gesture. Clearly, if it were believed that the /state/ were
to owe something, other peoples' contributions wouldn't be sought,
would they? It is the responsibility of the familty to get the
education paid for - this is one ways being used in an attempt to
do so. Meanwhile, your last statement was totally out of line and
unforgivably hurtful.
