If you're looking for an apartment to rent soon, read on.

I have a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment in The Mews (1801 Williamsburg
Rd, near Shannon Plaza and South Square Mall in Durham) available for rent
starting July 1.

It's a townhouse apartment (two floors, 1175 sq.ft.) in a nice complex,
only 3 miles from Duke and a 10-15 minute drive to Chapel Hill. The
downstairs has a good size living room, dining room, kitchen, and
half-bath, with a sliding glass door off the dining room that opens on a
small grassy area and then the woods. The upstairs has two large bedrooms
with big closets, a full bathroom, and a utility closet with washer/dryer
hookups. The complex has a swimming pool and it's walking distance from a
public library, several shopping centers, and a new VisArt video,
Brueggers Bagels, and various other places. It has central heating/AC,
modern appliances, and responsive and friendly apartment complex managers.
The complex allows pets that weigh less than 20 pounds. 

Anyway, it's a great place and the rent is pretty cheap compared to other
apartment complexes in the area - $610. I'm only moving out because I'm
getting a house with my fiancee, and need someone else to take my
apartment so I can terminate my lease early.
