With the complete lack of vision in this area, this area will never see
mass transit (in a rail form), a finished outer belt loop, a vibrant
downtown area (specifically Raleigh and Durham), or professional sports teams.

Also, the lack of cooperation between the 3 (really 4, including Cary)
municipalities with each having different priorities, will eventually cause
the quality of living in this area to decline, due to not being able to work
together to solve this area's problems. This area is regionally paralyzed
into inaction.

Is the Triangle area the best it will EVER be right now?

   I think so.
