Location: #701 W. Club Blvd. (corner w/ Ruffin St.) Durham, NC USA

Distance to Campus: 3/4 mile to East Campus
Room: $380/month plus utilities (some furnishings, if needed)
Utilities: avg/cheap - gas heat, gas range, new AC -- H2O=elec
Available: Aug 21 (Lease is through May, 2000: good for academic schedule)
Older brick 1 1/2 story house with great interior: hardwood floors
throughout, fireplace, all appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, gas
range), good natural light and high ceilings. Yard is large, unfenced,
off-street parking, walking distance to Northgate Mall shops. Route to
campus is through Trinity Park residential neighborhood (very pleasant).
Room is open for M or F; two guys here now.
Jonathan: My work has been as a building preservationist and community
planner currently on a misguided quest to become a computer geek. Enjoy
eating, skating, conversation.
Dennis: Post-doctoral researcher in biomedical engineering at Duke, runner,
somtime cook, patron of the arts, film buff, and Blue Devil basketball fan.
