I just rented a fine, 3-Bdrm. brick home in Trinity Park and need another 
roomate.

Loc: 701 W. Club Blvd., Durham (access off Ruffin St.)
Rent: 380/mo +modest utils

House has all hardwood floors, high ceilings, working FP, large yard, 
off-street parking, W/D, DW, gas stove, central AC.  It's 
really an above average house with excellent, unlordly landlord.  Lease 
is good too: only through May.

Seeking older or grad students or working types who consider housemates 
a potential asset rather than a necessary, financial evil.  I work at 
Duke Medical Lib.
