The house:  1940's, all original, 4-bedroom, Great Living Room with
Fireplace and Picture window, Washer/Dryer, 2 car garage, New central air
and heat.  Fantastic screened in porch on 2 acres of chamellias.  This
house is magical. 

We need:  A fourth roomate.

When:  Sublease available April 1st until June 1st, then it's up to you to
extend lease.  Short-term welcome.

Where:  On Cranford road (near the intersection of 751 and Duke University
rd)  backing on the Duke Forest.

Rent:  $ 300 / month, utilities included.
