ROOM AVAILABLE

Three mates and I are moving into a new flat on 26th July, and we have a
room to fill.  If you are looking for somewhere for the next academic
year, read on: 

Flatmate (preferably male) required to share with 4 third-year (next term)
males in quiet part of Bruntsfield.  Large room (definately not a boxroom)
available to rent from 26/7/97 at approx. 175ukp + bills.  All mod cons -
Large kitchen, TV room, two showers, three fridges, microwave etc.  Fairly
clean, preferably non-smoking student would be ideal, SOH definately
