Secondhand Bookshops

I have an imminent parental visit, with request to potter round secondhand
bookshops. The one they really liked, GT books on South Bridge, has closed
down. As my mother tires easily now, I don't want to trail them round
places that are not their cup of tea. They're not collectors, they like
places where there's loads of books for under two pounds.

I'm looking for recommendations for places around the city centre
or southside. All advice gratefully received, and I will summarise.

Thanks

Jane
