# Well, Stand Up is *not* an EDC project (as Zero Tolerance was). So they
# don't get money directly from EDC (as Zero Tolerance did). I don't know
# from where (or indeed whether) they get their bobs.

Let's hazard a guess, then: were their posters perhaps printed by the
`North Edinburgh News', the `Craigmillar Festival Society', or the
`Unemployed Workers' Centre'? All these worthy bodies have equipment for
printing posters paid for out of council funds, so that the full cost of
the exercise would not have been borne by Stand Up.

Incidentally, are you able to clarify what Stand Up's demands actually
are? `Keep men off the streets and out of our homes' sounds too
messianic to be taken seriously, let alone literally. What are they
trying to say?
