Hi folks, this is ideally suited to a professional couple, but all
enquiries are welcome - it's available from April 1st until the end of
September

Large double bedroom (wooded floors, built in wardrobes, fireplace,
double-glazing, big bed etc) in lovely 3rd floor flat partially
overlooking Bruntsfield Links/the Meadows (Warrender Park Crescent). 
Large living room and separate large kitchen/dining room, nice bathroom
with electric shower, gas central heating, all mod cons including
dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tv, video etc.  To share with
2 PhD students.
