Hey, acabo de ver que queras un botn.

El cdigo sera el siguiente:

<html>
<head>
<title>Pgina de ejemplo</title>
<body>
<script language="JAVASCRIPT">
<!--
<!--Apertura de ventana-->

function abrir(){
win2=window.open("http://www.ejemplo.com/miPagina.html", "", "resizable=off,
titlebar=no, width=800, height=600, left=10, top=20");
if (!document.layers&&!document.all)
  return;
}
//-->
</script>
<input type="BUTTON" value="Pincha aqu" onclick="abrir()">
</body>
</html>

Te aseguro que funciona: lo acabo de probar.
