Me contesto a mi mismo:

JFileChooser and JColorChooser and their supporting files were
moved into the swing.preview package.  Their APIs are not frozen,
but they may be used on an as-is, subject-to-change basic.

Ya s� la raz�n por la cual no aparecen. Ahora s�lo me falta el lugar
donde encontrar el API... Alguien sabe d�nde?
