Creo que tiene que ver mas bien con el soporte MIME del agente de news
que este usando cada uno. Yo tambien lo he visto correctamente porque
ni lector de news soporta MIME multiparte y me lo decodifica.

Lo cual no quiere decir que haya enviar las cosas en MIME multiparte
asi como asi.
