Para adquirirlos por ethernet, envialos por TCP/IP o similares y los
recoges directamente a nivel de aplicacion (con sockets y todo eso).

Para usar tarjetas de adquisicion tendras que programarte los drivers
correspondientes los primero. El libro "Linux Device Drivers" de
Alessandro Rubini (O'Reilly) tiene mucha informacion al respecto.
