Para convertir html a texto plano (sin tags), puedes probar con
'lynx':

	$ lynx -force_html -dump -nolist archivo.html > archivo.txt

En /usr/doc/gawk-3.0.4/gawk.ps tienes un muy buen tutorial (en
ingl�s).

Y en 'man 1 gawk' _y_ las p�ginas man en castellano, tienes m�s
info y traducida.
